Search box lengthened (changed class from "w-50" to "w-100")
Previously labeled "eBlast Optouts" - we are now labeling it "Optouts"
Table rows should not be hoverable & clickable & not go anywhere ("table-hover" class removed"). In the current version cliking a row just takes you to a page with the same information detailed in the row that was clicked. A new layout will be provided to replace this table eventually (phase 2)
